Exit Policy and Data Deletion

Account Closure Process:

Submit a written request to close your account via email to support@onclickx.com
We will process your request within 7 business days
Before closure, ensure you have downloaded all necessary data and reports
Outstanding payments must be settled before account closure

Important: Once your account is closed, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except for data we are required to retain for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes. This includes financial records, which we must retain for 7 years as per Indian tax laws.

Please note that some data may remain in our backup systems for up to 90 days after deletion. This data is not accessible and will be permanently deleted during our regular backup purge cycles.
